Lps/hps

LPS (Low Pressure Sodium) and HPS (High Pressure Sodium) are types of lighting technologies used primarily in outdoor illumination. LPS lamps emit a monochromatic yellow-orange light by passing an electric current through sodium vapor, offering high energy efficiency and durability. In contrast, HPS lamps produce a warm white light with a slight pinkish hue by passing an electric current through sodium and mercury vapor. HPS lamps are also energy-efficient and have a longer lifespan. Both LPS and HPS lamps are commonly utilized in street lighting, security lighting, and outdoor area lighting applications.
